Return window

Contact us within 30 days after confirmed delivery to request an eligible return. Items sent without authorization may be refused.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. Shoes should be tried on only on a clean indoor surface. The product box must not be used as the shipping box.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized items, used items, and items identified as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible unless required by law. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be non-returnable once opened.

Starting a return

Email phamquangknight56935@gmail.com with your order number, item, reason, and relevant photographs. Approved requests receive return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may need additional time to post funds.

Original shipping charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

To obtain a different size or item, contact us. The fastest method may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights provided by your card issuer or applicable law.
