Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, address verification, payment review, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Any unavailable destination will be shown at checkout.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Available services and charges are displayed before payment. Orders of $75 or more may qualify for free standard shipping when the promotion is active. Taxes, discounts, oversized items, or excluded locations may affect eligibility.

Estimated delivery

Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our direct control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

Contact us promptly at phamquangknight56935@gmail.com. Keep all packaging and provide photographs for damaged shipments. We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier claim.

Returned-to-sender packages

Packages returned because of an incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment. Refunds, when approved, may exclude original shipping costs.
